You go in, take a basic test on CAD, then get called in to have an interview while they review the test. Received a call next day with an offer.

Streamlined process, nothing too difficult. There were questions about previous work and also them explaining their company values. There was also a CAD test given which was fairly simple for someone who has entry level drafting, especially with telecom experience.
