As far as the recruitment process goes this one was very positive. I had an initial email conversation and was asked some basic question about the role and myself. Then I had a follow up Zoom chat with their recruiter and it was more about getting to know one another. The second round was a face to face in the offices with the recruiter and MD. Once again this was an informal conversation but I was able to discuss my experience in more depth and find out more about the company and the role. The whole process with relaxed and informal and I was given plenty of advance notice so I had time to think and plan.
