The interview was performed on Microsoft Teams. There were two parts to the interview, first I was interviewed by HR and advised i would be offered a second interview with the finance manager if i passsed the initial selection The interview was basically about getting to know more about the company, and vice versa. I was advised later that evening that I was successful and a second interview with HR and the finance manager was arranged for the following day. The interview was well structured .Both interviewers asked me a series of questions to assess my suitability for the role. I found both interviewers very friendly and welcoming which eased my nerves.
