For a Labourer position, the interview process was very fast, and very easy to complete. Essentially, there isn't much of a big interview process for a labourer position. You tell them you want to work with them, they ask you to fill out a few forms and that's it. I imagine administration or other positions would be entirely different, but for the sake of working as a labourer, the company is just looking for people who can work here and there. You don't need any big qualifications.
