The interview started with a phone screen with the recruiter, then an in-person interview with the Head of Marketing and the showroom staff. Which was suppose to finalize with meeting their senior management team.
However - I was pushed off for weeks by the recruiter due to the CEO being out on vacation. Then when I followed up I received no response from the recruiter. When I reached out to the hiring manager the Head of Marketing - she told me the recruiter was no longer with the company and she would let me know once they finish their budget revision.
Four months later she reached out to me to let me know that the role was now open again and I should reapply, to which I said don't you already have my previous application? The head of HR reached out to setup an interview and informed me that they basically let go of their entire showroom team with the exception of one person.
Overall my experience with the staff was terrible - poor communication, generic questions that truly couldn't not assess your ability to be successful in the role, and a lack of process and operational rigor. While the products they represent are luxury - their team is sub-par.
