Initial phone screen with HR, 1:1 with regional manager, individual interviews with various team members, a 1:1 with a sr. leader and presentation to a team of people. The presentation was not really related to the specific job so it seemed irrelevant. When I asked about it I was told it was part of the standard hiring process even though the content was not related to the job I was interviewing for. What a waste of time!
My impression confirms what many of the employees have said on this site: constant reorganizing, too many layers of management to accomplish anything, micro management, unimpressive regional leaders. This is a company that doesn't practice what they preach.

I met with a number of key stakeholders as part of the interviews both face to face and by phone. The interview process was both in person and by phone. I had an opportunity to learn more about the company and they had an opportunity to learn more about me, conversational in nature.
Thorough process, although it seemed dragged out over a long period of time. Took various aptitude and working style assessments. Asked to give a presentation and was fully prepared by the materials provided beforehand.
