Initial assesment and Teams call with hiring manager. Very pleasant experience. Hiring manager had pertinent questions regarding my CV and showed genuine interest. Next steps clearly outlined and plenty of time provided for questions.

The interview consisted of a presentation where I had to talk through data that I was provided with. The remainder of the interview was around my experience and some competency based questions. Prior to the interview, I was really nervous due to the negative interview reviews. However, the hiring manager and the other area director were great. Of course there were some direct questions, but they were fair. After the interview, the hiring manager rang me herself and gave me some really positive and constructive feedback. Although I didn’t get the role, it was a really good interview experience.
