There were two Skype interviews, which were followed by their positive response via email. The paperwork was long after that, I had to wait a couple of months but I did not mind.

It was pretty starndard two rounds of interviews. first one was with promoter and supervisor. The second round was also with head of grad school and head of the research group.

What courses do you want to take in the course of the phd?

Straight forward process. Two rounds. First round focused on getting to know the position. Discussed the scope of the role and what the project would entail. Second round was a more technical discussion. The discussion revolved more about the practical applications of the research that was to be conducted.

Resume check, continued with interview in person. Very professional experience. Part was on personal questions and social character, and second part was on research and expectations. I met group members, and had lunch together.
