Entrevista
The first interview was a phone screening interview with someone from HR. The next interview was an in-person meeting with the hiring district manager. After that, it was a technical phone interview based on my skill set. The last interview was with two individuals. I was flown out to their office and had a 4 to 5-hour interview where I was asked a series of technical and managerial questions.

How many people did you oversee? What type of consultant responsibilities were you in charge of and how did you prioritize the distribution of work? Please provide examples of how you worked with your staff to ensure they were efficient with their time.

Entrevista
This was a multi-step process, first with the HR staff. The second interview was with the district manager. A third interview was a phone interview with someone from another office that had the same skill set and responsibilities I would have at this office. The last interview was a group interview, which was challenging and long (4+ hours).

Describe a condensation problem experienced in one of your projects. How was it identified, evaluated, and resolved?
Describe the standard of care for someone in your industry. Evaluate a scenario, given as an example, to address my opinion as to whether or not it met the standard of care.

Entrevista
Was interviewed by a bunch of VPs and Sr. VPs for 4 hrs. All of them are of the redneck or cowboy-type guys that got their education and licensure if any 40-50 years ago when it was not so hard to get as now. All of these guys are biggest with their preconceived notions about other races, religions and nationalities. A job offer was made but I refused it because did not want to work with such bigots and don't recommend you to work for them unless u r like them.
