I applied for the job online then a few days later I got the phone call to come in for the interview. Once the interview was over I was offered the job and started training two days later.

To me the interview process was very unique from other interviews I have attended. I sensed a strong culture of respect. The atmosphere at the one on one interview was very warm. This connected strongly with me, and made feel eager to be part of the company.
