Had a phone interview with their Lead DevOps Engineer. The guys was on the move, you could hear his heavy breathing and he didn't have my resume and never saw it before, blaming it on the HR. During my intro he tried to derail me to talk about the topic he is most comfortable with rather than my experience. At the end he added "I think I heard everything I wanted to hear" - so rude. Very unprofessional. Seems like they dismissed my candidacy even before the call if they didn't bother to prepare for it, then why wasting my time? Would suggest staying away from the DevOps at Ring.
