One interview and one test tutoring session in which I had to practice teaching a lesson. Both were relatively easy to do but I would recommend prepping your teaching strategy/style.

You're paired with a Ringle staff member, who introduces themselves shortly and then you will lead a session as if you were teaching them. You'll write down student answers as they say them and be asked to "paraphrase" student answers into more native sounding English.
