Very straightforward interview process where they ask you a set of pre screened questions. There is an option at the end for the candidate to ask any questions in return. Every person that I interviewed with was very nice

The interview was going well until the interviewer told me that recruiters work 60 hour work weeks. I asked how they balance work/life and he said "this position really involves taking on the position as a lifestyle choice." I then told him that I was no longer interested in the position as I had other obligations outside of work. The interviewer proceeded to imply that I must not be willing to "put in the work" and that they were only looking for employees willing to "go the extra mile" because of this company being the "third best recruiting firm in the country." The company and I having different priorities/expectations for work is one thing, but I found it to be incredibly unprofessional and rude for this interviewer to start making assumptions about my work ethic and my capabilities as an employee because I could not commit to a 60 hour work week. Please have your interviewers brush up on their Q&A skills. Insulting your applicants is a really fast way to lose business and employees.
