Several rounds, lots of people in the interview. Everyone was very nice, and asked thoughtful questions. There were long gaps between the interviews. However, the process did keep moving forward and I ultimately took a role.

Lots of questions about how I worked as a member of a team. Less focus on my individual capabilities.
Saw ad on local classified website and sent in my resume. Got a quick response and came to the restaurant in person that same day for an in-person interview. The interview was quick and I got a job offer on the spot.
Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM).

The entire process was long and frankly invasive without them having intent to hire in the first place. I think however if they had provided better feedback by letting me know the results of an assessment test, it would have turned beneficial for me too instead of the process being one-sided and disruptive. When I interviewed, the interview was dry and hostile. This may be an indication of culture. I’m glad for the outcome as I went on to work for another company with a great culture.

They asked typical dry questions like what’s you’re greatest weakness, etc. The environment however felt so cold.
