The initial screening was based on the strength of my resume., number of years teaching at the college level, and nature of colleges where I worked. Interview itself focused on my understanding of online teaching ( I had no experience) and whether I could translate my teaching skills to a virtual environment. It addressed the nature of feedback to students and how it differed for A students and C students.
