Applied on the website and waiting for half a year to get a call from the HR and then waiting another month to arrange the interview in real life. The interview process in real life was friendly - just process to get to know both parties

Entrevista
Very simple. A short phone interview when I was walking in my campus, the HR in Shanghai Office is modest and patient. She asked some questions about lithium ore and the iron ore market in China.
