phone interview first then followed by an video interview since they were remote. Overall very relaxed and easy. Good process. Got an offer in the next couple of days for a quick turnaround and start date.

Very straight forward. 2 rounds at least after HR. Typically with HM and above. Question are non technical and focuses on your experience. Casual and easy going. Mostly all behavioral and check how you fit within the organization
