It was a long process mostly because there was no response from the Talent Acquisition person for weeks. I finally got a second interview then no response, ghosted again. I followed up without any response and then gave up after not hearing a thing for three weeks. After about 2 months I received a form email informing me that I didn’t get the job. Not even the courtesy to speak to me and tell me after we had spoken at least 4 times by that point. Shows a lack of respect for others. I also had another offer and told them that I needed to coordinate with another company but that didn’t make any difference. Very unprofessional.
