I was referred to the role by a recruiter and had the initial interview with a different recruiter specializing in merch. It went really well and they told me I would speak to the manager of the department within the next couple of days. Fast forward a month and me emailing once a week, I finally get a reply saying the process would have to be put on hold for the next month due to the upcoming holidays. I reached out again afterword...nothing. An email a week over the next few weeks...nothing. After another month or so, I reach out to all the people I had come into contact with over the entire process, and they finally got ahold of the recruiter I interviewed with. I was then informed that they recently went through a restructuring of the department, and they were no longer looking to fill the role. I still think the company would be a great place to work, but the communication during the interview process was one of the worst I have ever experienced.

Standard interview with questions mostly based on if you're a good fit or not. I was interviewed by the manager. The interview only lasted 30 minutes and seemed rushed at times.
