Lengthy and Inefficient Process Went through seven rounds of interviews with seven different people over nearly three months, only to be rejected in the end. While I appreciated the opportunity to meet various team members, the process felt unnecessarily long and repetitive. The company could have arranged for panel interviews or combined multiple interviewers in one session to make the process more efficient. Communication between rounds was also quite slow, which made the experience frustrating and uncertain. Overall, the process seemed disorganized and time-consuming, especially considering the eventual outcome.
