A 15 minute phone interview in which the recruiter asked the exact same questions that were on the online application; Recruiter couldn't answer any relevant questions about the job other than it was 6 month contract and not guaranteed for f/t--something he disclosed at the start of the interview, that was not on the online job description. He didn't seem to have looked at my online application prior to the call--in which all the same questions I had answered and submitted previously--but which he went down his script to ask again and type response as I answered. It also seemed like the recruiter also had NOT LOOKED at my RESUME prior to the call, as I believe he was out of his element in knowledge of the skill set required for the position, as well as the skill sets that were a "match" from someone not working in the gaming industry but necessary to the job they were hiring.
