Process took about 2 months from submission of application to accepted offer. While they were sometimes a little slow in communication, the entire process felt extremely professional and everyone involved was exceptionally nice and courteous. First was a standard phone interview, followed by an art test. Following that was a scheduled 4 hour interview on site. From what I hear, I got off pretty easy- most seem to last even longer. During the 4 hours, I met with 6 different people, some 1 on 1 and some two at a time. Not a single one was from HR. It was all coworkers I would be directly interacting with, which is way more important. The entire process seemed to geared heavily towards finding out if I was a good culture fit. Will you get along with the people here? Do you have the right personality. At a place like this- it's extremely important. I was astounded at the level of talent and professionalism that everyone exuded. Overall, tough but thorough.
