I applied online through their career's website. After about 2-3 weeks I received an email informing me that I had been selected to proceed further in the interview process. I had to take a standardized test type of questionnaire that was timed as well as answer a critical thinking type of Quality Assurance problem within a few days. Afterwards, I had an interview with 2 members of their QA Team who were very friendly. They asked some general questions as well as a few more personal ones such as who my favorite champion was and what game do I spend the most time with besides League of Legends. After about 2 more weeks I was asked to have a second phone interview with a higher person in the QA Department. This person seemed rushed to complete the interview and even cut me short/hurried me along several questions. I was a little put off by this interview. Finally, after about a month of not hearing back from the HR department I was contacted stating that Riot was moving on with the hiring process and that I was not included. All in all I liked the people I spoke to besides the second phone interviewer being a little rushed in our interview.
