The process was actually really cool. It starts with the typical phone interview and then usual questions to make sure you're qualified for the position. But once they decide to offer you a second interview, that's when it gets cool. They will fly you to Santa Monica and put you up in a hotel for a couple days - for me it was the day before the interview, the day of the interview, and the day after the interview - so 3 free days in Santa Monica, very cool. The only caveat is that the interview is lengthy and grueling - it takes the vast majority of a day, you meet with 6 different people from different teams, usually managers or team leads. They do take you out to lunch though, which is cool.
