Very long, 5 or 6 step process with repeated questions and interviews with many people, and they can drop you at any time. Questions were not too difficult but the interview process itself was quite brutal due to the sheer number of interviews

Entrevista
Series of five panels ranging on topics from collaboration to critical thinking. Well articulated examples on previous work experience and projects is a must.
Be prepared with questions and a bottle of water. It will be a long ride.
