Teams were very nice, but every single person I talked to had a different idea of who they wanted for the role. Seemed like they didn't know who they wanted, and each team wanted a totally separate rockstar. It took long periods of time to hear anything back between rounds, and thus ended up taking months to interview before not being offered the role.

I was asked a lot about my past experience, but the questions I was asked made it feel like they were looking at someone else's resume. Lots of questions about things I didn't have involvement in, or skills that weren't listed on my resume.
