The interview started with a phone call by the recruiter who was very professional, informative and personable. This was followed by an interview by two members of the team where they basically wanted to hear more about my experience. That was fine as well, except they all came across as not being very prepared and somewhat inexperienced in the interview process. The final meeting was a 2-hour interview where two sets of people interviewed me for an hour each time. Unfortunately, their web site testing questions did not really provide any context and were not well thought out. They were nice people but did not appear to be the best analysts.
