The interview process was structured and thorough, aiming to evaluate both technical and strategic product management skills. Here’s how it went:
Recruiter Screening Call:
The process began with a 30-minute phone call with a recruiter. It was a casual conversation focused on my background, interest in the company, and some basic product experience. The recruiter also discussed the role, team structure, and compensation expectations.
Hiring Manager Interview:
Next, I spoke with the hiring manager. This was more in-depth and centered around my past product experience, how I prioritize features, work with cross-functional teams, and define product vision. Behavioral and situational questions were a big part of this round.
Case Study / Product Exercise:
I was given a take-home product case study that involved designing a new feature or improving an existing one. I had to outline the problem, propose a solution, and describe how I would measure success. It was a good test of real-world PM thinking.

Entrevista
The first call was an intro call to understanding more about the role and my career journey. I got asked some technical questions (scenario. based) which went well.
The second stage was a meeting with the director which was very shoddy/unfriendly , asked about projects I have worked on.
