Process was slow as snail and the recruiter was as careless as one could possibly be. Below is a brief timeline of events
13th Sep -- Got contacted by the recruiter over job portal, had a brief discussion, agreed on setting up the first exploratory round with the HM.
It took the 8 days to setup a call with the concerned panelist :)
First call with the HM happened on 21st September. Usual chit chat around the projects I have been part of, stack I have used, daily work activity etc. He answered a few of my questions! Happened for like an hour or so.
23rd Sep : I drop an email to the recruiter asking for an update if any
No response! Nothing.
I call the concerned person on 30th September, he says he was on leave so couldn't get any feedback and has no update on what happened post that round whatsoever! He also said, he'd get back to me next Monday once he's back to the office.
Great, let's wait now!
I call him again on 6th October (Thursday), didn't even pick the call this time, lol!
TLDR; Recruiters here aren't serious about hiring, they'll start ghosting you randomly during the process, I ended up wasting my 1 hour for interview and apparently 2-3 hours calling them and writing emails etc, avoid yourself the pain and stay away!

1 phone screen followed by 3 onsite rounds - 1 coding, 1 behavioral, and 1 project deep dive. Questions were pretty straight forward and fair. I did not get the offer though since I was out of practice.

Typical process, HR screen then coding round (phone screen). Another coding rounds onsite and a system design. Then a project deep dive and team match.
They allow you to use AI in the coding round, which was strange because its a typical leetcode-style question. Claude was able to one-shot it.
