Very fast process. You initially have to fill out a form in email listing years of experience for a long list of skills, and your proficiency level of each. Then was able to talk to the recruiter which was basically a sanity check. Then got the interview with the hiring manager and was eliminated. Hiring manager was convinced that my layoff from previous job was due to poor performance. That was news to me.
