It's a fairly basic account executive interview with many questions about your prospecting abilities and sales process. The sales org has evolved from the scrappy "startup" days to a more buttoned-up/structured corporate sales LT (from Concur). They like to hire from competitors, but honestly, if you say the right buzzwords (MEDDPIC), you should get an offer easily. They've hired a lot of subpar talent recently.

Entrevista
Typical sales process questions, the typical 3-month interview process with 9 steps. I received no prep from the recruiter or packet about the company, so disorganized. Took forever to get calls scheduled due to their schedules. They are now requiring all the new hires to go into the office but if you worked from the company before being hired over the summer you can still work remotely, I have family in another state from where I live and I was told that I either had to go into the office there or take my PTO and could no work remote like some other grandfathered people who are remote. HARD NO, creating divisions in the company.

What is your sales process, how do you build a pipeline, explain our product, and how would you ramp up?
