Pathetic experience, biased towards teir-3. I am from a prestigious institute, with 10 years of experience, and my work ex highly identifiable with the JD. However, after an interaction, even the CV doesnt make it past the HM/TA, who perhaps thanks to their little knowledge and insecurities, either cant comprehend the CV well or are afraid to hire from Teir-1- in an industry riddled with layoffs, everyone is by fair means or foul, making one's position even more secure. No wonder how more clowns from X,Y,Z college of engineering keep making it to their tech workforces, and sadly the Rippling US is oblivious to the shenanigans of these wicked TAs and HMs.
