Entrevista
If selected you will go through 3 rounds of interviews. The first round will be 15 mins with a recruiter to discuss your compensation and brief background history.
The second round will be with someone that doesn’t know anything about the role you are applying for and that will be roughly 20 mins it will be a series of questions mainly STAR METHOD. If you make it to the final round it will be 2 hours. From someone that applied to the same role we had two different rounds. One had to create a PowerPoint presentation about their favorite platform/software and present it to a panel of 3 others as if though they have no knowledge on how to use it. Once that was over then have a discuss with the “hiring manager”. My third round however consisted of 15 mins with the recruiter explaining my assignment. 45 mins were spent doing two assignment for the “day in the life of a IM” showing how you would prioritize emails based on the company SLA of 24 hours that should have taken 20 mins. Then the other half was me answer hypothetical questions.
The remainder of the interview was spent discussing my written responses for the last manager.
Throughout the entire process the first and second round I received amazing feedback obviously to make it this far however when I requested feedback after a very fast response under 24hours regarding this decision I was ghosted by the recruiter. The recruiter even offered to set up time to go into high end discussion. I know I nailed the interview because I’ve been an IM before it doesn’t take 3-4 rounds of interviews and wasting someone time to figure out if you actually want to hire them.
I honestly don’t think I fit the look the company is going for which I’m not naïve to believe it’s not there being a minority in tech

Recruiter reached out to me directly for a phone interview. Next was a Manager interview, Manager and activity for the final part of the interview. Total of 3 interviews. Process took over 3 weeks to conclude.

Very quick and seamless. Interviews were booked within a number of days and feedback typically look 24-48 hours.
There was a screening call, conversational call, task and final round conversation with senior leadership.

Entrevista
The process consisted of an initial recruiter phone screen followed by a secondary interview with the Hiring Manager. While the recruiter screen was standard and professional, the transition to the Hiring Manager stage was where the experience significantly declined.
