They are building a tool to help with interviewing candidates, and you are a guinea pig for that. I completed their live coding interview and the interviewer scaled up the problem 3 times, and I answered all the questions, from the approach to implementation and time complexity. I followed up the next day, and they immediately sent me the copy-pasta email, saying: we regret to inform you that we have decided to move forward with other candidates who more closely match our current needs and requirements for this position.
