The Process:
The interview process was well-structured and moved quickly. I completed four rounds:
1. An initial recruiter screen
2. A call with a Team Lead
3. A detailed case study presentation focused on real-world implementation scenarios
4. A final interview with the Hiring Manager
Each conversation was thoughtful and focused on assessing both technical and interpersonal skills. They were clear about expectations and gave me the space to show how I think, prioritize, and manage client relationships.
What Stood Out:
The clarity, speed, and professionalism throughout the process really stood out. Everyone I met was sharp, mission-driven, and honest about the pace and complexity of the role. The case study was particularly valuable — a practical way to demonstrate capability instead of just talking about it.
Advice for Others:
This is a role for self-starters. Come prepared to talk through end-to-end client implementation experiences, how you manage competing priorities, and how you navigate ambiguity. Own your narrative, and be ready to back it up with real examples.

The process consisted of an initial recruiter phone screen followed by a secondary interview with the Hiring Manager. While the recruiter screen was standard and professional, the transition to the Hiring Manager stage was where the experience significantly declined.
