Worst company to interview at, they don't respect their candidates' time at all.
I interviewed with them starting May, for Sydney location. I got matched with a recruiter and he was thoroughly unprofessional. First off their rounds go like
1. Technical Screening Round
2. Managerial Screening Round
3. Technical Onsite Round (Coding)
4. Technical Onsite Round (Coding)
5. Technical Onsite Round (System Design)
As I passed the first two rounds I had to constantly follow up with the recruiter for scheduling the next set of interviews. Forget asking the recruiter about feedback, he wouldn't even reply to my requests of scheduling the subsequent rounds.
I made it to the onsites, almost a month into the process, and after investing so much time, the recruiter sent a simple message of "Thank you for interviewing with the team for the xxx role. I was able to connect with the hiring manager and they have decided to not move forward with your candidacy at this time.
We enjoyed spending time with you during the interview process. We understand that feedback can be valuable in helping you grow and improve as a professional. If you are interested in discussing at a high level, I would be happy to schedule a phone call at a time that is convenient for you."
I sent him constant follow ups for scheduling a feedback call, but he refused to reply to any of my messages. This is when he explicitly wrote to me "If you are interested in discussing at a high level, I would be happy to schedule a phone call at a time that is convenient for you". Imagine spending a month+ of effort into a hiring process to be ghosted by the recruiter over a simple email.
