I applied online and, a week later, was asked to do a take home assessment, which was a relatively simple API with a query optimization challenge, containerization, live deployment (with a pg db), and detailed docs that would take several hours to complete. After submitting, I received a useless generic rejection email after two weeks with no concrete feedback on the actual work that was submitted. There was zero activity on the API or db so I can only assume they didn't even look at it. This shows an utter disregard for the time and resources of propective applicants and ultilmately an insight into the core values of the company's engineering team - if you value your time, I would avoid this company like a plague.

It was good. The interviewer asked good questions and gave more details about the job but some unnecessary complex questions were asked. Overall it was a good interview and I was also given the opportunity to ask questions.
