I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter a few days later. I had an initial call with the recruiter, a panel interview with 3 people, a design assessment, and then a final interview with the director. The interview process was fairly straightforward. The questions they asked were all related to the job I was applying for, and the design challenge was reflective of the kind of work I would be doing at AP.

The interview process consisted of multiple rounds, beginning with an initial recruiter phone call. This was followed by a more in depth interview that included reviewing a couple of projects and answering basic behavioral questions with the senior designer and the design manager.
