There are three rounds of interviews along with an assignment. The interviews are with the CEO where he is trying to guage if you are a good fit for the role. They last anywhere between 10 to 25 minutes.

One interview with the CEO, followed by an interview with HR. The candidate will hear back from HR or the CEO about their progression through to the next round within 24 hours.
