Interview process with Risk Ledger was well-structured and professional overall. The interviewers were friendly, asked thoughtful questions relevant to the role, and gave clear explanations about the team structure and expectation from the role. The process moved at a reasonable pace, and communication was timely throughout. Overall, it was a positive experience with a collaborative and transparent interview atmosphere.
The first stage involves a video call with someone in their talent/people team. It's just an brief, friendly run through on learning more about Risk Ledger and an opportunity for them to ask you more questions about your experience.
A lengthy 6-step process where the same questions were repeated at almost every stage.
In the presentation step I was was asked to focus on "what I would do". I felt I created a strong assignment, but the feedback was they wanted to see "what I have done" not "what I would do". The HR team agreed that the task description was misleading and apologised.
I received no other feedback. As a neurodiverse + LGBT candidate, it's always tough receiving minimal feedback as you never know to what extent your intersection played a role in being rejected, given there's so little other constructive feedback to go on.
