Had an initial interview with a recruiter, and then was invited to drive to the facility in order to meet with the leaders on site. I did so. Sent a thank you note, from which one of them said "we're still working through it". That was over a month ago, and I've never heard anything back from them. If they ignore candidates like this, I can only imagine how poorly they treat their employees.
