The interview process took 2 weeks and consisted of 2 phone screens, a programming exercise, and an onsite interview. I applied through an employee referral in April 2019 for a Junior Software Engineer position. My onsite interview in Albuquerque lasted a full day and I had a great experience. I was picked up from my hotel near the office and got a tour of the company followed by an interview with the Penetration Testing team, an interview with the HR director, and an interview with the Innovations team. Each interview consisted of an introduction and tell me about yourself section, as well as a technical section. I ended the day with a 3 hour technical one-on-one with the innovations manager where we worked on a Machine Learning classification problem. I was also able to get a sense of the company culture, job expectations, and team dynamic. Both teams are extremely collaborative, hard working, and team-oriented. The office atmosphere was welcoming, creative, and bright. Overall, the interview process was fast paced, attentive, and enjoyable.
