Applied for a position while working as a Staff Pharmacist. Met with the Pharmacy District Manager in his office at Corporate. He asked why would I fit this position, my supervising experience and if I worked in a high volume area. Also, he asked if I can train technicians and pharmacists.

Very easy to get into if you have the right degree and know the right people.
