Four interviews. One by store manager, district manager, recruiter, HR manager. The latter two on the phone. There were typical questions but California has unique laws and personal details not asked. It felt rushed at the time which led me to think it was not a good job. Plus they were not up[front about certain details.

Quick and easy, you go in and answer some questions. They will your availability, then if you get an offer you have to online and accept said offer and then do background and drug test.

Interview was real simple and questions were behavioral. The store manager pretty much did all the talking. The interview took about 30 mins and I was hired on the spot.

After going through all the steps to get a in person interview, no one even knew I was coming in for the interview. Then once tracking down an interviewer, they canceled less than an hour before the scheduled appointment.
