It was very easy. I took a phone interview with a machine, and after I passed that I had a 1:1 interview. She didn't ask me any hard questions just the basics. Probably because it was my first job, and she knew that.

They had me come in for an in-person interview. The lady to conducted the interview was kind and professional but at the end she told me I was overqualified. She was kind when she told me but it still didn't feel the greatest. I liked that she was up front with me and didn't leave me waiting to hear back about the position.

Describe your past job experience and why it makes you a good fit for us.
Pretty simple, screening call then hiring manager interview. Screening took about 15 minutes and manager one was just verifying qualifications. After that you fill out forms and set up a schedule.
