I applied online, was sent a follow-up email asking me to confirm further information a couple days later. I was then asked for a phone interview lasting 15 mins where I was asked regular retail-style questions and about availability. I was asked for a group interview the following week among other candidates and it lasted an hour and a half, where they gaged teamwork and cooperation skills. It was very enjoyable and allowed for a comfortable interview process. Within 2 weeks I got a response that I got the job.
