The interview process for the internship at Mandapa was a positive experience. I had multiple interviews, and everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly and professional. The interview questions were fairly standard, focusing on topics like my previous experience, how I handle challenging situations, and my interest in hospitality. It felt like a typical interview you'd expect for an internship, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and encouraging. The team assessed my skills and how well I would fit within their culture, which I appreciated.

Good and quick, and everything was done virtually. The interviewer was very nice and welcoming too. After I was interviewed by the managerial position in the department I wanted, I then had to be interviewed by HR.
