First of all the candidate will have to do an online test that will take around 30/40minutes and then Human Resources Assistant will be the first to interview the candidate and then he will have another interview with the Director of the Department
Contacted by human resources department first and later by the department manager. Prompt interviews, work, and personality-related questions. Heard back within few days with an offer. Good interview experience overall

It was fast and smooth. We had a short discussion about the job and company. Didn't really specify the role. I only got the role later on in the next in-person interview.

Entrevista
Very rushed interview. Seemed like the manager's mind was made up when we started. Questions were scripted STAR style questions. I was then asked if I wanted to ask any questions. After giving answers to about a total of 4 questions and asking my own questions, no follow up was done with me. I also sent a follow-up thank email. However, not a down to earth manager and almost no interest in my background. If this was the case, I should have not been scheduled an interview.
