Interview process was not bad, was in a group setting around a table, asked to introduce ourselves one by one, then followed by questions we each had to answer. The group was around 10 people

Group and individual, not a bad process. A mix of picking out outfits for specific occasions as you would in a sales associate roll, and also answering questions about retail in general.
Had a group interview, in which was asked differnt questions concerning customer service. A lot of partcipants in the interview, which made it harder to stand out. Overall, interview was not too hard.
