I received an invite for a phone screen within one minute of applying to the position. The recruiter uses AI to screen resumes, and it automatically sends you an email posing as the recruiter.
During the phone screen, I learned that the position was nowhere near Pittsburgh, despite the job posting stating the position was on the Northshore.
The recruiter was adamant that they did not have a salary range already determined for the position, and would not move forward without getting a salary expectation from me.
I felt that this company/recruiter was strategically working to put me in a weak position from the get-go, and things would certainly not have gotten better if I'd pursued this position further.

Entrevista
Interview 1: Met with HR representative for simple skills screening and discussion of the role they were looking to fill/company's scope of work.
Interview 2: Met with a software engineer for a more in-depth technical interview that consisted of various questions about C#, React, and Microsoft Azure/Cloud.
Interview 3: Met with two senior software managers for a whiteboard technical interview that consisted of a high-level discussion about web application design.
Interview 4: Met again with the HR representative to discuss their interest in extending an offer for one of two different projects. This ended with the HR representative ensuring me that they were interested in having me at the company and to expect an email about the official offer.
At this point in time, it has been a month or so since the last interview I had. Although the HR representative has stayed in touch with me about there being a delay in bringing in a new employee for the project, there desire to bring me on as a new employee, and that they would be in touch, I can't help but feel that the amount of time I have been held on the line was quite unprofessional and a huge red flag for the way this company operates. In the time I have been waiting, I got another offer from a more mature company that I feel is a better opportunity.

There were various JS, React, C#, and Azure/.NET questions that were asked in the general technical interviews that I had, which were pretty fundamental, so I wouldn't worry about this too much.
The whiteboard technical interview was initially described to me by the HR representative as involving discussion of a website design from front-end to back-end/database, I feel the senior devs ended up drilling database/model design heavily, which kind of felt a bit disconnected from the high-level nature of a whiteboard assignment. That being said, it was clear that their main objective was to understand my critical thinking, solution-building, and workflow process. I suppose it was a fun experience.

Entrevista
Emailed to ask for availability. Provided availability and requested a time for a call to be scheduled. Instead I get an email in the middle of the day with no instructions and no google hangout information. I asked on two more separate occasions for a time they would like to schedule and was provided with no such information.
I ended the interview process due to their inability to answer a simple question. This was discouraging as it aggravated a disability and was a means of accessibility.
